Xbox without Halo?

that's a pretty dumb question considering it was a launch title for the Xbox.

would nintendo be successful w/out Mario?

I owned the first Xbox and now the 360... never owned a Halo game.

I choose Xbox over Playstation because of the online service and the vastly larger community. Halo can eat my balls.

I couldn't give a rats ass about Halo in any of its forms. Horrible game IMO. Never saw what the attraction was besides (over) hype.

I meant Halo 2. I bought the Xbox 360 at launch basically to play Halo 2 with my friends. But I bought other games for it. Halo 3 was not worth buying an Xbox 360 for.
 
MS wasn't very successful with the orginal XBox but MS would have thrown more money at it and it would have ended up about the same anyway.
