XBOX Wireless

I used to have my Xbox hooked directly into my router and obviously had no problems. I moved to a two story townhouse and now have my router and Xbox too far away to feasibly hook them up via network cable.

What is the most cost efficient/reliable way to hook up the Xbox wirelessly? I couldn't care less if it is simply a 802.11b connection or not since I will be buying a 360 at launch. This is more of a short-term Xbox Live filler for a few months.

I wonder if that's the one I used to see at Wal-Mart. I checked there the weekend I moved and of course they had stopped carrying it at my local store. Now all I can find are in the $100 range and carry a g signal.

But hey, you've given me a model # so I can at least do some googling. Thanks. 🙂

The problem with those wireless adapters for the XBox is that they only support WEP. If you don't care about security, get this one. It's the latest adapter, and if Linksys decides to ever freakin' implement WPA through a firmware update, this one should surely be compatible with it. Another benefit with this adapter is that you can configure it through your XBox.

Edit: Holy crap, I just found a sweet ass adapter for the XBox (I think it should work for all consoles though). Check it out! Supports WPA and everything. I might just have to pick one of these up.
