At my shop we sold plenty of Hip Gear one, and never got a defective return yet.I didnt try it, but i judge a product by the number of return we get.( exemple....mad catz = crap 1/2 of product always get returned hehe )

I just wish the logitech controller had a spot for your xbox live headset.... instead you've gotta buy a seperate wireless thinger for it. I love my wireless ps2 logitech.

I have a Hip Gear one for my non-wireless controller and I love it. Went through 2 "used" ones first which both sucked.

Yes, the one you linked to is the best one! Great battery life, great vibration, never had a problem with it not working (losing signal).

I have one of these, and haven't had any problems at all with it.

Edit: Picked mine up at WalMart much cheaper than the link above, so you might check there.

I use one I bought off ebay by Zion Tech. Haven't had any problems, and haven't switched batteries since January. Brand new in box for $25.

Logitech one is great but there are some minor quirks which you will get used to in no time.

The D-pad is kind of flimsy, not as rigid as the s-controller. The triggers are really sensitive in my experience. The thumbsticks are a little raised
Like i said, pretty minor stuff for a great controller. I'm using the same batteries since Christmas and that's with force feedback on.
Overall, best wireless controller i've seen imo.

I had the exact one you listed. I got rid of it to get the Logitech one and I will never go back. Rumble is better and the stick and much more sensitive with longer throws.

I bought a pelican wireless controller for the xbox a few weeks ago at walmart. Not sure of the model name/# but it doesn't look like the one pictured above. Haven't had a chance to test it out though. Anyone know if pelican products are generally good?

EDIT. This is the one I bought.

That was my first one I bought. Wasnt bad but like I said above nothing beats the Logitech. I am glad I switched and will get nothing else.
They make one almost exactly for the pc which I owned. It is the main reason I switched over because of its size and I knew the PC one was a great controller. Plus all the reviews helped clinch the deal.
