XBOX: What wireless controller should I get?

I'd like to know too.
My friend had a wireless PS2 controller that had it's own recharging base, so you'd just stick it on there when you were done instead of having to pull out the batteries all the time. I thought that was pretty handy, even though it used proprietary Li-Ions I think. I wish someone made an XBox controller like that.
Also, I don't think any of the wireless XBox controllers have enough power or bandwidth or whatever to let you use the Live headset with them. At least that's what I thought was the case with the Logitech and MadCatz ones.
Maybe those cool new bluetooth ones can.

I have a logitech controller. It was virtually perfect in all aspects, although a bit pricey. However, it only lasted 4 weeks, after for weeks for some reason it pulls to the left, even if I don't touch d-pad.

Zion Technology - bought from ebay for $25/shipped. Maybe they're cheap, but I like the way the base plugs straight into the xbox unlike the Logitech which has a cord. It is comfortable and has grip on the controller. Takes 4 AAA and has been working for me for ~ a month perfectly.

If they still have the same ones, those are the Pelican Eclipse II's.
The've gotten pretty good reviews.
I bought some and they felt nice and solid. But I had issues with mine. Both of them had a problem where they would act like I was pressing a button even though I wasn't. I'm guessing it was interference with my wireless router that was close-by, but I haven't heard of anyone else having that problem, so they might be worth a try. Since it's Costco, you can always return them if you have any issues.

I received mine in 4 days and they work great. :)

Yes, I know. Nobody has anything great to say about justdeals, but buy anything brand new from them and you should be fine. It's brand new, not refurbished. Pretty good price considering the MSRP is $50

That is a good deal. My friend has a couple of those Logitech's and they are very nice. MSRP may be $50, but they are available at all the retail stores for $39.99. Still, a $10 savings is pretty good, especially if you want to get a couple of them.

One thing you have to remember about the wireless controls is that none of them have the slot where you can insert the XBOX branded communicator and headset.

i had the logitech one but i ended up returning it. i just can't get the feel of 3rd parth controllers. while the logitech one is pretty close in feel, it still does not cut it. especially the analogue sticks. my fingers would constantly slip off of them.

i instead went with the logitech wireless headset. the main reason i wanted wireless controller in the first place was to get rid of the wires tangling from the xbox headset and the xbox controller. but now i don't have a wire w/the wireless headset so that problem is gone :)

also, if you go wireless controller (atleast logitech) you need to remember that the xbox live communicator slot is attached to the receiver of the controller, which is basically connected to the xbox.
