Xbox partitioning scheme?

I think my buddy used Slayer's xbox install for setting up his Xbox, but I don't understand where there is a bunch of partitions. It looks like C is the dashboard one, and X has some unknown things, but it seems like the rest could be all one. His F drive has pretty much everything on it, but yet there is almost nothing on E so it's wasting 4-5GB that would've been better on F. Is anyone else's modded xbox like this?
 
IIRC you can install games on E,F, and if you have a 120+ gig drive, G.

Normally the dash is on C, but once you mod it you can put it on F if you have the correct bios.
 
the default path for games in most dashboards (including xbmc and avalaunch) is f:\games.
however, just edit the config file in notepad and change the path to whatever/wherever you want.
