Xbox ONE E100 System Error

So, I believe the latest system update has bricked my Xbox One. I have tried the offline system diagnostic tool with no success. I contacted Microsoft who stated that they would call me back. No call for five days. I had to reach out to them for a follow-up. Nothing for two days after that. I purchased the console refurbished from Microsoft directly. They could not locate my console information. I don't think the console actually had a serial number. The last response from support was to take the console to the Microsoft Store because of the console information issue.
