XBox on PC monitor?

Yes, you can do it. The XBOX is quite well adapted to it, being a native VGA device.

There are converters available that convert progressive-scan HDTV signals to VGA (Like ATI's adapter in reverse) and now a "true VGA" mod. Check out www.xboxhacker.net for info on both. A guy known as kgasper in the forums builds the VGA HD adapters from XBOX HD packs. Also, with a mod chip (LEGAL if you provide your own BIOS for a blank chip), you can hack the MS dashboard and virtually any game to run in progressive scan mode with a hex editor.
