Xbox Modding question

My chip is supposed to come tomorrow. It's a spider chip with the legal bios installed. After turning the chip on, how do I flash it with a cdrw? The process is very confusing to me and I was wondering if you professionals can help a burtha' out.

And Xbox-scene is the most confusing website ever.

its somewhat more difficult than using a fleshlight, but xbox-scene has more then you ever want to know

(Assuming chip installed correctly)

Download ROM files from IRC. Burn on CD (don't know if your chip has different banks, but you might need a program to flash certain ones)

Turn on XBox, tray will open, pop in CD. Flash, enjoy.
