Xbox Live system update today

Apparently there's an Xbox system update being rolled out on Live today, but a bunch of people are complaining that it broke their Live connectivity. There are no new features in this patch, it is said to be preparation for the new features coming later (Twitter, etc.).

EDIT: Looks like this was probably a temporary server side glitch, a bunch of people said it started working for them again later.

I installed it at 6:50 AM Central with no issues, although I was trying out a new (to me) copy of CoD: W@W and it gave me 2 DRE's in a row. Then I popped the game out, put it back in, and it worked fine. Oddness...
