Xbox Live Connection issues

it has been fine up untill like 10 min ago when i started getting this error

"We Cannot Connect to Xbox Live, Woudl you like to start the troubleshooter"

if i do the troubleshooter it either checks out or does not, however if it doesnt and i do it again it will check out fine

if i get on im only on for like 20 seconds then it boots me again,

internet works fine, i posted this ext....


anyone else getting this? im on Road Runner is it matters

working fine here. on a semi-related note, I never realized what a sore loser my uncle is. we used to always play Rainbow 6 Black Arrow and he was pretty good. but in Halo I'm spanking him, so after a particularly brutal loss (love that energy sword ) I get "gotta go, bye" and he bails
