# Japanese and German Creators can now submit Indie Games. So hopefully we?ll see some of those crazy Japanese shoot-em-ups. Or maybe the next Cave Story will find its way to Xbox LIVE Indie Games.
# Creators can now submit their Indie Games into Japanese, German, Singapore and Swedish Xbox LIVE Marketplaces.
# Update notifications! Finally you will get a nice prompt when starting an Xbox LIVE Indie Game if that game has an update. Then you can do a quick update and know you have the latest version.
# New pricing. Xbox LIVE Indie Games sheds the old pricing system for a new three tier system: 80 MS Points (about $1 USD), 240 MS Points (about $3 USD), and 400 MS Points (about $5 USD). Developers are able to change price as they want, but as is all 200 MS Point games will be automatically moved to the 80 MS Point price point if the developer does not choose another price. Games currently priced at 800 MS Points will stay at that price unless the developer wants to update the game, at which point they?ll have to choose one of the new prices.

More details on this here such as the fact that only games that are less than 50MB can be sold at 80 MS Points.

Good to see them change the price tier to something more reasonable for these games. Charging up to $10 just seemed to much for 99.9% of the Community Games that were at that price level as they had neither the depth or polish of XBLA games at that price.

I do agree with something I read elsewhere that MS needs to make a separate "App Store" for all the controller massagers and HDTV screen adjusters that have been added.

I went through a bunch of the games when it first launched. Most of them were either interesting concepts, needed a lot of work, or stupid junk like the massage shit.

My only recommendation is Snake360  There was also a golf game that got a lot of praise but I'm not into that so I didn't try it.

Id throw in Blow for anybody wanting to try out something that is good....

Also if you want some other recommendations... a good list is here. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=357392

the rating will come is especially useful for the indie games because part of the problem with them is 90% arent very good so its hard finding the good ones.
