Perhaps you should have taken into account that not all of the people who mod the Xbox are pirates. If I were a console fan, I would be more attracted to the ability to play DiVX's or run linux than pirate the games. Not that it makes any different to Microsoft, but it's not accurate to assuming that all modded Xbox owners have piracy in mind.
