I plan on giving away Xbox360 Pro 60gb. Will it be compatible with Kinnect hardware and games? Also, i no longer have Xbox live gold membership, do i need to delete the xbox live profile or deregister the console from my live account, since the next owner may want to get xbox live gold.

Yes, it will be compatible with the Kinect, as long as the Kinect was purchased as a stand-alone unit since it comes with the power adapter. The power adapter is needed for the older style 360s, as they do not have the dedicated Kinect port on the back that would typically provide the power.

As for Live Gold, it would be good practice to delete your profile, since somebody else could use it and add to your gamerscore. If you don't care about that and want to leave access to your profile and saved games for whomever you give it to, then just leave it be. You do not have to de-register your account or anything like that, the next person can just create their own Live profile.

If you have any credit cards on the account, it is advisable to have them removed before giving the console away or deleting the account off it. There is no verification on who purchases the account, however, if it happens from a strange IP MS will refund your money.

If you bought the content on that XBOX, then they are playable by anyone who creates a profile on that particular console, you do not need to be signed in. Even if you delete your profile (i.e. the profile which purchased the content), I'm fairly confident they are still playable by anyone who is using that console.
