I've noticed that sometimes downloading apps doesn't work and they get corrupted. Like with the zune marketplace app, I had to go in to the console's storage settings and manually delete all the zune related stuff.

Trying again worked after that.

In case anyone is wondering how to switch between the screens in the main pane (with the circles underneath), the right stick controls it.

So that means I now am forced to use my controller instead of navigating with my harmony remote as I have done in the past. Kinda Lame. Still don't like the social tab either to view friends/parties is kinda pain in the ars

It's just the pane that usually has ads and offers, and you can wait for it to cycle through on its own. I wanted to look at a Gold sale item, but it switched away before I was done.
