xbox - custom songs mix - where are they kept ?

I'm FTP'd into my XBOX now and I don't know where to find the songs that were uploaded to the XBOX (via the legit way). I basically want to add a slew of them instead of the slow process now... can I just throw mp3s on and add them to my current mix ?

To make a long story short, you pick the mp3s, it re-encodes to wma, and puts them on your xbox.

I already am using XBMC. I need to mod my list so I can use it for in-game music (like Forza)... and I don't want to be sitting there while the default dashboard program crawls away at it... this program linked above rawks!
