Xbox controller (Wired)

There isn't any difference between the two in actual hardware. One is packaged as a controller that works with PCs or the 360, the other is packaged as one to be used with just the 360. However either one will work with your PC it's just the one sold for the 360 (the green package) doesn't come with a driver disc. That's really no big deal though since Windows will automatically download and install the drivers for it when you plug it in. Save yourself the $5 and get the green package.
