Xbox controller Rb button doesn't work from inside

So once again... my xbox controller doesn't work, this time is the RB botton but not the outside button i mean the inside button! is a white button inside the controller and it is pushed by the outside button, is not working not even pushing the white button with my own finger.

no youtube video shows you how to fix that button, i was wondering if i may change the piece, i have olders controllers maybe i could do something but i have no clue.

If somebody can tell me what to do or if somebody finds a tuto ? or something i will be eternally grateful!!!

Yea man go ahead and just take in apart. Worst thing that happens is you cant fix it. Only way to learn is to do it yourself. My buddy and i took 3 broken controllers and built one good controller. Even used his modded controller, it worked fine. Only way to learn is to tinker with something. Best of luck brother.
