Xbox.com down for maintenance since this morning

I've been trying to get onto Xbox.com all morning and afternoon to find it "Down for Maintenance." Anyone know if this is normal, or when they'll be back up? I'm trying to download the software to use my 360 as a Media Center Extender for my MCE 2005 PC, and every link I find points to Xbox.com.
