Wow. You have the guy who says one thing, and then the title itself says something COMPLETELY different.

He was talking about LIGHTING specifically. Not graphics.

IMO 720 and PS4 , PC kills both in performance at that time. Slaughters it in every way.

At the time these come out there will be Geforce 800 or 900. As 720 gets older, like 1 year old, there will be a video card that slaughters both ps4 , PC will always be ahead. Cuz you cant upgrade consoles. Your stuck with that technology and performance for 4 to 5 years. gl

Geomerics, a company responsible for middleware engine Enlighten – the same tools used to power the lighting mechanics in Frostbite 2.0 games such as Battlefield 3

this company is not a credible source of information, go take a look at the lighting in BF3 :barf:

The lighting engine in BF3 is very powerful.

It's just that Dice decided to go and crank up the HDR about 10x what was required, make the sun blind you at every turn, and put in stupid filters everywhere.

Other than that, the engine is impressive.

By “touching the sides” he means that the software is already up to par and that now it's just a matter of waiting for the hardware to play a little bit of catch up with where the software development tools have already reached.

Wow way to misunderstand the entire thing.
