Maybe a repost, but a search turned up nothing. This counsel is looking pretty sweet, and seems a decent option in the face of upgrading the old computer once again. That said, I dont understand how people pay FPS with the joypad. Will there be a KB&M setup available?

AFAIK the only QWERTY keyboard they've announced looked more like a Blackberry than an actual keyboard. I wouldn't be surprised if they added one, along with full-blown WebTV functionality - it would make sense given how network-capable the 360 is.

At E3 one of the MS reps said it would support a standard USB keyboard and mouse out of the box. Guess we'll find out for sure in about a month and change ;)

That would be sweet, a wireless mouse and keyboard setup would be great.

What I want to know is if the games will support a KB/Mouse if the 360 has one.

Well it's been confirmed that a USB keyboard can be used for talking to people (FFX11, DOA wants to use it..), but as for a mouse, no dice yet :(

I think MS doesn't want the image that was given to them about the first xbox that it was just a computer in console form..which is stupid.

Dreamcast had KB/M support :)

Well it needs a DVI output or VGA output if its gonna have a keyboard mouse. I dont wanna use a keyboard mouse in my living room. If the xbox can be hooked up to my widescreen monitor 1680x1050 then ill consider it.

It does have a vga output, you just have to buy an extra cable for it.
