Xbox 360 wireless controller and emulators...

Have you ever had problems getting the joystick diagonal arrows to trigger every time? I'm playing Killer Instinct Gold (Project64) and they don't trigger a lot of the time. As you can imagine, just about every move uses them and if you skip them... Issues. 🙁

Anyway to fix this? anyone know how?

I think the triggers have to be fully depressed for anything without native xbox controller support to detect them. I think there is a program that can get you around this. X360ce maybe is it? Xpadder might have a workaround too. Been a while since I've messed with any of this.

The drivers I used back in 2005 were called XBCD [ LINK ] ... designed for XP so I don't know if they'd even work under Vista/7/8. Point is, those drivers had a setting that changed the triggers from being axis to being digital buttons (and I think you could set how far they needed depressed to register.

It's a longshot, but you could give it a try.
