Xbox 360 wireless connection with fios actiontec router = THE SUCK

So, i cant get any decent bandwidth out of that router to my 360. Im sure its the adapter or the router. I can play, but its really laggy, and trying to stream from my win7 box any kind of media is also the suck. Anyone else with this problem?
 
Fortunately for me I don't have that problem called "wireless networking," and I am connected to the Actiontec router verizon gave me through ethernet. No problems at all, only a perfect connection.
 
Yeah I have yet to buy a wireless connection for my xbox360. I am worried that my bandwidth would be poor. So I am hooking up straight to the router.
