Xbox 360+ Windows Media Connect

I used to be able to connect to my 360 with Windows Media Connect and share my pictures and music. But after I installed Norton Internet Security 2005, it won't work anymore. I tried unblocking the ports that it says to unblock on the xbox site. I also tried to permit the program to access the internet. I don't know what else to do. Thanks for the help.
 
Not sure what Windows Media Connect is... are you trying to get the xbox to access files on the PC? Does it happen through 'windows file sharing'/SMB? What ports did you open?

Norton Internet Security is horrible stuff BTW, I wouldn't bother with it if I was you.

 
It's this program that you download, that syncs your computer with your Xbox 360 and allows the xbox to play music and show pictures that are stored on your computer. It basically streams it all to your xbox so that you could show it on your tv. The ports that it told me too. What should I use instead, I only use it because of its Antivirus thing.
