Kinda figured this. They were somewhat doing this (fixing out of warranty 360s for free, well they charged shipping) already but not officially. My friend's 360 crapped out a month or two ago, it was out of warranty, but he said they were still fixing it for free. Then he got it back (or a refurb, don't know details).. think all he had to do was pay shipping there. I thought he was just lucky they did his out of warranty for free, but I'm glad they officially announced this.
