Xbox 360 Vision Camera as Webcam

I used to be able to use my Xbox 360 Vision Camera as a webcam on Yahoo Messenger. But for some reason whenever I try to start a webcam session it shows up as a black screen. It works in other programs and shows the picture, but it doesn't work in Yahoo Messenger.
 
Does it always do this? It might be a driver issue, but I don't think Microsoft has released Vision drivers for XP/Vista yet.
