XBOX 360 video issue?

My friend was using my 360 on his LCD tv and I just got it back and now I am trying to get it to work on my crappy 19" tv which only has an RCA input and I get no picture. Is there something I have to do to "reset" this machine to just output to RCA?

HD switch on the cable... turn it off.
