Now that the 4GB 360 is out in the wild I'm looking at getting rid of my launch console and upgrading to the 4GB version. My question is, has anyone recently traded in a 360 console to GS? If so, what did they give you? List specifics if you can, if you traded in 20 games at the same time and don't mention this, it really won't help me.

I recently called a local Gamestop for the same reason and they said $50 is all they can give you even with all the cables. And no, special edition XBox's like my Halo 3 one don't fetch you any more cash. I said screw off and kept it.

Nah, I work in retail I get to deal with assholes on a regular basis. To be honest though, the thought never occurred to me. I'll be giving them a call in a little bit to see what's up.

I'm hoping they run one of those extra $25 dollar trade in credits soon.
 
Why not just sell it on your own (Ebay/Craigslist) and easily make double what a gaming store will give you for it?
