They are sending out retrofits for the issue. I am filling mine out right now.

Man...MS really has some issues designing hardware...If we could just have Sony design the hardware and MS write the software..we'd really have a fantastic system.

As long as it doesn't use batteries. 😉 PS3 hasn't had any issues so far, but the PS1 and PS2 both did.

Edit: What exactly are they replacing here? The A/C adapter?

I think it's the adapter yes, because they said the only problems came when it was plugged in.

Wow, I had no issues, but definitely filling out he form now and getting my serial num when i get home. I use that thing so much, the best wheel i have ever used!

True...the PS3 may have it's own problems in the near future...it is really hard to say a device is reliable when it's only been out for less than a year...but so far it certainly seems better than the 360. Of course my original Xbox outlasted (and is still running like a champ) compared to my PS2 and many of my friend's PS2's.
