Can someone help me out after saving for a 360 and i decent monitor to play it on i realize i don't have anything to put my 360 nor the monitor(computer desk is too small). Are there stands i can buy that i can just sit on the floor and put the 360 in? Sort of like this but cheaper,

That thing looks like a bit of a waste. If you need to be able to support a monitor on it then that thing will not work at all. For $15 you could build something from lumber that might not look as good but you could make it wider to hold more games and stuff.

If you're looking for cheap then I suggest either hitting up salvation army/goodwill/etc and looking for a cheap desk/table or taking a drive on trash night and seeing if anyone is throwing away something you can use.

edit:

Target has some pretty decent/cheap TV Stands

$60 for that is daylight robbery. Go to lowes or walmart or anywhere. If you want, you could just buy some PVC/tupperware-type shelving which is bigger and more sturdy than that stand.

you really don't want to enclose your 360 with that stand.

Enclosing 360 = big nono, just put it next to your desk on the floor and it should be fine.

Does the 360 still have vertical placing issues? I recall how standing vertically either blocked major airflow and on some dvd models made scratches easier. Has this bee resolved on more recent 360s?
