No Halo 3 on that list? Or does that come automatically bundled with all XBox 360s? The only games on that list that are really appealing to me are Q4A and TES4: Oblivion. I'd be really surprised if those two weren't offered on PC too though.

Um, Halo 3 is not a launch title.

And it's not Q4A. It's Q4.

Rumor has it that they will release Halo3 when the PS3 comes out.

Although being the cheapo that I am I bought my XboX bundle for $149 with 2 games and an extra controller. I bet it will be 2010 before I can get that with the 360.

I think 3 games will hold me for quite a while, I don't need to buy fricking Microsoft itself to enjoy the 360.

Actually, its being pushed back to 2007 to be released at the same time as the movie

I work for activision, I think you guys will be very impressed with Gun for 360 and PC versions. It will be a sleeper hit, mark my words. It is a very adult game and action packed title.

That's also a rumor.

Anyone know of any internet pre-sales for just the 360 core system? All I can find are these bundle deals.

Funny thing is, rich people aren't always just going to toss around their money, there are plenty who are just as cheap as before when they were pulling in 5 figures!

Wrong you get:
22. 3 Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers (Yes that is 3 extra controllers.)
However you only get 1 play and charge kit which is pretty stupid. If one is going to buy this bundle that person will probably be playing a lot of multiplayer and then would need 3 play and charge kits.

You have to have the hard drive to play the xbox games. No hard drives no backwards compatibility.
Also some "rumors" that some MMORPGs/RPGs need the xbox 360.

what the deal?

$400 xbox 360 + 20 x $60 games + 3 x $50 controllers + $40 memory card + $20 charge kit + $12 battery + $100 wireless network adapter + $50 live 12 month + $20 faceplate + $50(?) 1 year replacement plan = $2042.

2.1% under msrp... wow. Who would want all the launch titles anyways? I only see 5 out of those 20 that I would want, and I like xbox games.
