Xbox 360 media sharing issues

So I'm trying to set up my 360 to stream media from my PC via Windows Media Player. Everything is set up according to the official xbox.com directions, firewall disabled, it even recognizes my PC on my 360 and my 360 on my PC. When I get to the videos section it just says "No videos found." I set the folder to shared and I added them all to Windows Media Player successfully. Is there something special I have to do with the files? Thanks for any help.

D'oh already answered my own question. You have to add folders to your "monitored folders" list. I swear I had this problem for days and I exhausted all my internet searching resources!
