Target has xbox 360 elite for 399.99 the console with 120gb HD.
everywhere else i see is 479.99.

WOW...craziest thing happen.
They actually had the tag for 399.99 under the elite section, but it was suppose to be for the premium system next to it, which was out of stock and advertised in the local ad. So, when i asked about a lady about it, shes like yeah its for sale but only till saturday and checked the Ad book and ignored the part where it was for premium (I had not seen the ad till then). I kept quiet. It rang as 479.99, at which point she double checked, again not paying attention to the version and did a manual override. I just got lucky
Sorry, its only a hot deal for me...but YMMV
Posting a one time salesperson mistake is not considered a hot deal. Even when marked YMMV. Your story can go in B&M.
