I've been looking around at all the local stores, circuit city, best buy, wal-mart, ebgames, etc.... couldn't find an xbox.

called up costco today, they had 48. it was the bundle with an extra wireless controller, play and charge kit, and pgr 3 for 485.

showed up, sure enough they had 25 consoles sitting out on a pallet and i believe that they had a second pallet in the back. looks like they haven't sold many at all.

looks like microsoft may actually be increasing the supply now.

Either way, i also picked up GRAW and like it a lot so far 🙂

Was at Compusa the other day buying a piece of software and saw about 60 of them here in NY. The whole isle was full of XBOX 360 crap.

yeap seen walmart had a pallet the other day. just couldnt shell out $399 when the only game i am intersted in so far is Elder scrolls.

Ya, it was in the news about a huge surplus of Xbox 360s arriving to stores. I bet they converted international production to US, cuz its not selling well there.

It's not selling well in Japan....it is selling well everywhere else (just had a successful Australian launch).

saw some at Nebraska Furniture (huge electronics store, not just furni) and they had 40 of them just sitting there. Im not getting one until they start releasing "platinum games" or something for it. No way in Hades am i paying $60 for a new game.
