XBOX 360- Best Destruction Derby Game with split screen offline MP?

Hey All,

I am looking for a destruction derby game for my nephew. It should have split screen offline multiplayer. I looked into Flat Out: Ultimate Carnage, but it has no split-screen multiplayer. Any idea about the Flatout series? Is that any good for destruction derby with split screen? Any other recommendations for the 360 would be appreciated as well.

Ok, so Dirt: Showdown seems to have split screen. How do people like this game? Is it any good? Lasting good times for destruction derby fun?

I don't own a console so I don't have any of those to choose from. This is for my nephew who will be getting a 360 for Christmas.

Full Auto was a really old car combat game, it has split screen I think. Selection is pretty limited, MS put all of its eggs into three baskets.

wish they brought back destruction derby series. part 2 was one of the greatest psx games.

Split/Second has split screen and has a lot of destruction. One of my favorite games this gen.

DiRT Showdown has split screen as well.

You may also wish to look at Mayhem 3D and Ridge Racer Unbound.
