Xbox 360 battery charger

I have the 360 Quick Charge kit. I just wanted to know if its bad for the battery if I keep it on the charger even after its finished charging?

I would figure like most re-charing stations it stops charing once it's at full capacity.

No, almost every rechargeable device these days has an overcharge protection built in. You're fine

I aways leave at least one on in case the one I'm using goes dead and I've also noticed if you do charge them and take them off and store them after a while they will lose the charge.
