Xbox 360 and PC Surround Sound

For a future computer I am going to build I want to hook up my Xbox 360 to my existing PC 5.1 Surround Sound set-up. How would I go about doing this? Is there anything extra that I would need to buy (i.e. cables, converters, switches, etc.)?

I have Inspire P5800 5.1 speakers and a Sound Blaster Audigy 4 sound card.
