Just picked up an AppleTV and installed XBMC. Couple of questions -

I added a directory from my uPnP media server (TVersity) to my video sources list. Unfortunately I didn't edit the name before I added it. How do I edit sources after I've added them? How do I delete sources after I've added them?

Also, I've added files to the media server and verified with my Xbox 360 that TVersity is sharing them. However, they aren't showing up in XBMC. This is true for all of the videos I've added since I added that source to XBMC. All of the videos that were present when I added the source show up, but nothing since then. Apparently it caches the contents of uPnP shares, but 1. how often will it refresh that cache? and 2. how do I force it to refresh that cache?

I googled and couldn't find answers to these questions.

Edit: Figured out how to delete and edit sources, but still can't get them to recognize new content. Even deleting a source and re-adding it doesn't add the new content from TVersity.

WHy are you using TVersity with it?
All you have to do is point XBMC to the network share that has your videos.

I don't know how to fix your problem, but rather than using a UPnP server, you could just do an Samba share and let XMBC find the files on its own.

So, I bought an AppleTV the other day and I'm looking into a good way to hack it, but it seems all the good methods are OSX-only :\. All I can find is ATV Win. Am I missing something?

Keep in mind too it does not rescan your directories unless you A) Manually tell it to. B) Set "scan on start up" to on. I usually do B.

As mentioned in the other thread, if you update to the beta custom build on the XBMC forum there is major improvement.
