I was planning on a 3200 or 3500, which one do you guys think for easy overclocking.
Wouldn't the 3500 put less stress on the processor? - what would be a good week? any forums that talk about the good manufacturing weeks?

Also I would like to be able to oc up to 2.6 steady, do you guys think it is worth it to get the tccd XBLK?

I was planning on a Epox 9npa Ultra also and a xp-90 panaflo w/ 7800 gt or 6800 gt

thanks for all the input, sry for all the ?'s

the reason why the 3500+ would be "easier" is due to the higher mult available. higher mult = less stress on board with trying to run high htt's with low mults.

i think either one would be fine with the patriot xblk tccd

If you plan on oc'ing your ram i would pick the 3200. You will need the higher fsb speeds to get to high to high ddr speed. At 11 x 236 = 2596 MHz you will get to ddr 472. At 10 x 260 = 2600 MHz you get ddr 520. There's no sense to paying for an 11 multi and then running at a 10 multi. I dont have any experience with the xblk, so i dont know what speeds it achieves.

The 3200's 10 multi wont limit you cpu oc with a decent board.
