Yes, sounds like 4xNEON and 2xSVE128 like I said a few days ago when it was reported it had 6 128 bit ALUs.
Unless I completely misread it there's nothing to suggest that in what I posted.

Or are you reading from another part of the X925 Tech Ref Manual (TRM)?

  • Implementation of the Scalable Vector Extension (SVE) with a 128-bit vector length and Scalable Vector Extension 2 (SVE2)
  • Integrated execution unit with Advanced Single Instruction Multiple Data (SIMD) and floating-point support
This doesn't suggest anything beyond the fact that both NEON (ASIMD) and SVE1/2 at 128 bit vec length is supported by the vector execution units.
