X850 XT PE: Connect3D or Visiontek?

I'm buying a X850 XT PE...I've narrowed it down (largely due to price, admittedly) to the Visiontek Xtasy version, and the Connect3D version.

Can anyone give me any reasons to pick one over the other? I know they are nearly identical. The only things I can think of are that the Connect3D uses an external power connector (and as such, supposedly overclocks slightly better??) and has the Rage Theatre chip. Other than that, identical, no?

Anyone know of any other reasons to select one over the other?

A few people have the Connect3d XL with no problems.

I never hear about Visiontek here.
