x850 users: How to change heat warning threshold?

I hate getting that stupid warning from my Catalyst driver telling me that it will underclock my card every time it exceeds 70 degrees (which it does often but never exceeds 85). I think the Nvidia threshold is 130 or something like that, so I would like to set my warning threshold to a similar number. Is there a way to do this, maybe a utility like Rivatuner for Nvidia cards?

not familar with the warning, got an x850xt chip, havent had that problem, how are your case temps?
