X850 PRO oc well?

I orginally wanted a x800pro and flash to xt pe but now the x850 series came out is there anyway i can unlock the 4 pipelines on a X850 pro? its vivo

ya, but i think these might flash just like x800pro. but what is the real diff between x800pro and x850pro? all i would say is AGP and PCi-e and x800pro is made in pci-e now so what is it?

I have been hearing lately that they are making even the vivo's not unlockable. I would assume that applies to the x850 too. This is purely here say though. I havent flashed a vivo pro for about 7 months now.

is it worth getting x850 series what is the diff? is the x800xt pe still a good card u would say?

i would say get a X800 XL because it usally beats the X850 Pro

Hey guys...looks like a great opportunity to show off my broken record skills here!!!

First off, get a 6800gt. It is fast, and can OC to an ultra...plus, it has shader model 3.0, which none of the ATI cards out now have...that means it is more future proof

take my advice if you haven't bought anything yet!

The x800xt pe is faster than both the x850 pro and x850xt, but a little slower than the x850xt pe.

I was under impression that PCIe X800Pros are not unlockable (at least not without a hardmod), since their pipes are laser cut?
