OK I will try to explain the problem:
I bought a Sapphire X850 DualDVI VIVO card and I am having serious problems.
Most of the time when I reboot/start pc it posts, does the windows loading screen(bars) then where it should be login it black screens. If I reboot several times it might go into XP and all is good, but most of the time I just get black screens.
It is a fresh install of XP SP2, with a 480W Tagan PSU, DFI Ultra-D, Catalyst 5.2's (tried both CCC and non CCC)
Also I cannot use both DVI out at same time, one + vga is ok but not both.
Oh and XP installs ok, I see the screen fine and everything seems ok until I install the Catalyst 5.2's! HELP ME PLEASE! Is it a faulty card or what?!
Forgot to mention, I am using framework 1.1 (and also tried framework 1.1 sp1..)

Just once I got both DVI working...
Now back to normal struggling to load.
Just got a BSOD before windows loaded aswell!
Temps are nice and low also (side off, XP-120 with 60cfm fan on) Volts have been increased to rule that out.
