x800xt -> x800xt pe? and what cooler works on x800xt?

is there a bios flash? is it just a matter of overclocking? what makes the PE the PE...

EDIT: they discontinued the ATI Silencer 4 from Arctic Cooling? is there anything else that will work on this card? i only see that ATI-5 works on X800XL, and X850 but not X800XT

Slightly higher core/memory clock and usually -1.6DDR3 as opposed to -2.0DDR3 conferring slightly faster speed. In game however, you most likely won't notice the difference if there is any.
