x800xt to x800xt PE

Hi,

I have an x800xt, can it be bios flashed to x800xt PE? by the same method as with the x800pro vivo and the gigabyte bios?

the main difference between the two is that the PE version is clocked 20Mhz faster and its memory is also slightly faster thats all. u dont need to flash it...i guess u can just try to overclock it to the speeds of the PE however the speed between is really negliable, just a few fps here and there!

what about the x850xt PE? it can't be flashed to that?

I also found this site where bioses are listed but i have a AIW, and AIW bioses are listed separately from x800xt, so i dont think i can do a bios flash to the x8X0xt PE?

if I did overclock it i wouldn't stop at PE speeds, provided the card can handle it

Why are you so hellbent on flashing?

Just OC the cards. Flashing will do virtually nothing. It MIGHT tighten memory timings or give it a bit more voltage but why do you want that. Save the hassle and avoid the imminent problems by merely OCing.

yea but how do you keep it overclocked, like once its overclocked to a speed can you save it so it always remembers the overclocked gpu mhz and vram mhz?
