X800XT Mac Edition

Hello everybody!

I am wondering if the X800XT mac edition would work on a pc. I believe that it requires and AGP 8X pro slot.

If you are wondering why I am wondering whether it would work in a pc, it is because my friend does not want to upgrade to pci-e but wants a card that has dual-link dvi capability for a 30" dell/apple cinema display. He also feels that the X1600 agp might be slightly underpowered for his needs.

xfx has a 6800gs that has 2 dvi's..

it would work with the correct biso flash perfecytly fine. identical card basically, different bios.

that is not dual link. dual link is a different standard to having two DVI connection slots.
