$100 over MSRP, sweet. Reseller ratings are so-so. No telling if they're actually in stock.
 
That would be a sweet card for $299. That however, is not a hot deal. And those are some horrible ratings.
 
Atacom always tries to be one of the first to market new gear, overcharging past the MSRP to profit off the GOTTAHAVEIT ilk.
 
$399 isn't bad considering its supposed to compete with the 6800GT, however ATI claimed it was supposed to be $299, so the price as is doesn't look good from that perspective.
 
Because ATI and nVidia (or rather the boardmakers) know that you'll pay extra for Dual DVI on enthusiast-level cards.
 
I guarantee you it's not in stock. ATACOM does not list their stock for a reason. All you have to do is read a few complaints on resellerratings to see the truth.

I ordered an MSI RS480M2-IL (back when it was $99), same deal - not in stock. I read resellerratings.com beforehand, so assumed as much, but just letting you know that is how they do business. Consider it a pre-order.
