X800XL K8N Neo4 Platinum PowerRequirements?

After much consideration i have decided to go with non-SLI K8N Neo4 Platinum and x800xl if my psu is suffient. I have a Antec Truepower 430 with 20a on the 12v. Will this be enough to power my system, i read somewhere that 24a is required for the 12v but dont know if its true? Also the ram i bought is 2.6v only and was wondering if K8N Neo4 Platinum ram slot can be set to that? The previous setup i was gona do was the A8N Asus Deluxe and a 6600gt but with the recent deal for 250 on the X800XL i decided it would be a much better bang for my buck.

Yes your 430W Antec PSU will be more than enough. The X800XL isn't really a much of a power hog.

The MSI Neo4 should allow you adjust a manual 2.6V ram voltage, if not automatically.

I thought the pcie cards also got there power from the 12v? Hmmm is this setup doesnt work i think ill be better off with my venice 3500+ Asus A8N SLI Deluxe and my leadtek 6600gt =(

I tried putting together a system yesterday with an MSI K8N Neo4-F, Rosewill X800 XL, and an Antec Trueblue 480w power supply (only 20 pin.) When I turned on the computer, it appeared everything booted up fine, but there was no image on my monitor. I then unplugged the fans, the optical drives, and everything else that wasn't necessary to post. Still the same thing happened.

So I think that because the 20 pin power connector doesn't connect with the other four pins that provide power to the video card, the video card wasnt getting enough juice to provide an image.
