Newegg now has a Rosewill brand in retail box for $299, here.

$5 shipping, tax free to most should make it cheaper than in store.

Looks to be exactly the same as the Connect3D priced a little higher.
 
If I hadn't finally gotten a working 6800GT from Leadtek, I'd probably pick one of these up. And the fact that it's PCI-e, not AGP.
 
I dont think rosewill is actually a brand, per se, as it is a name for neweggs repackaged goods, somewhat like walmart. I have heard pretty good things about their other stuff though, so it should be safe at least. This card is the same as the connect3d if the picture is right, meaning quality shoul be ok but dont expect overclocking potential like you would get with the powercolor w/ power connector.
