Why does the X800XL (PCI-E) cost less than the X800Pro (AGP) but have 4 more pipes, and a 80 mhz faster memory?

X800pro .13u low-k manufacturing process = expensive
X800XL .11u non low-k manufacturing process = much much cheaper to make.
